It's almost here! The one week countdown was marked yesterday by my blog tour kicking off over on Bookish Kirra and today you can hear me on the Better Words podcast.

I love supporting small Aussie businesses and artisans, so in addition to the beaded bookmarks from a local crafter, I've been able to obtain some TTWCU themed stickers from Two Woolly Bears.

I'll be giving them away to teens I come across - including those attending my book launch! It's on Saturday 12th May at 4pm at The Children's Bookshop in Beecroft, Sydney. Anyone can come along, please do! RSVP to staff@thechildrensbookshop.com.au if you'd like to join us.

I am also newly represented by Creative Net Speakers Agency. They have authors and illustrators from all over the country who are available for workshops and talks, so be sure to check them out if you're looking for someone to visit your school.

This week I thought I'd share a few other book recommendations of titles that include similar themes, styles or voices. I do have reviews of each of these elsewhere on the blog, but today I'm looking at them specifically in terms of what similarities our books share.

Ummmm it's April! That means less than a month until The Things We Can't Undo hits the shelves of Australian bookstores. There's a box of pre-release copies in my house and a competition going on twitter where you can win one (signed, of course). But this week, it's time to reveal the lineup for my online book tour!
